About the Founder
Bringing people together has always been at the heart of what I do.
For more than 25 years, I’ve led teams and organizations as an executive, educator, coach, and board chair. As a Division I athlete, I learned early the importance of trust, shared purpose, and making every person feel valued.
Throughout my career, I’ve wanted people to feel seen, supported, and appreciated. That same care carries into how we host: thinking about who’s coming, what would make them comfortable, and the details that help everyone enjoy being together.
I’ve planned off-sites, retreats, dinners, and celebrations, alongside a lifelong love of gathering friends and family around a table. My love of baking and sharing food also inspired The Long Table Kitchen, featuring signature baked goods made to share, give, and enjoy.

People and Events Lead | Lisa Lynch
As People & Events Lead at The Long Table Co., Lisa brings a background in HR, People Operations, and employee engagement, with experience planning everything from intimate dinners and virtual experiences to retreats and large gatherings.
She combines creative ideas with thoughtful coordination, finding the right spaces, partners, and activities while managing the details behind the scenes. With an understanding of what helps people feel comfortable and included, Lisa helps create welcoming experiences where guests can relax, connect, and enjoy their time together.

Sisters Laney and Maddie, the creative minds behind Baggage Girls, bring a background in travel, lifestyle content, and visual storytelling to The Long Table Co. Through photography, video, and social media content, they help capture the people, thoughtful details, and candid moments that make each gathering special.
Whether creating content to promote an event or documenting the experience as it unfolds, they take care of capturing it so hosts and guests can stay present. The result is a collection of memories to revisit and stories to share long after everyone heads home.
