About the Founder

Bringing people together has always been at the heart of how I lead.

The Long Table Co. brings together two things I care deeply about: building strong teams and creating experiences where people feel genuinely welcomed and valued.

For more than 25 years, I’ve led teams and organizations as an executive, educator, coach and board chair. I was also a Division I athlete, where I learned early that strong teams are built through trust, shared purpose and the belief that every person matters.

Throughout my career, making people feel seen, supported and appreciated wasn’t separate from how I led—it was central to it. I wanted the people on my teams to know that I cared about them, valued what they brought and believed in what we could accomplish together.

Long before founding The Long Table Co., I planned company offsites, leadership retreats, team dinners and celebrations—coordinating budgets, venues, vendors, agendas and the countless details that shape a successful experience.

I’ve also always loved entertaining and creating meaningful gatherings—moments that bring people together and make them feel special.

The Long Table Co. grew from the intersection of those experiences: a leader’s understanding of what teams need and a host’s instinct for creating warmth, connection and a genuine sense of belonging.

Local & Sustainable

We believe good business and good food go hand in hand. Supporting local farmers, chefs, and small businesses isn't just better for the community — it's better for the people at the table, and it reflects how we'd want to do business ourselves. Farm-to-table, whenever possible, isn't a checkbox for us; it's simply how we choose to eat, gather, and build something that gives back to the places we work in.

Every engagement is personally overseen and thoughtfully designed around your team, your goals and the experience you want to create.

Let’s create something meaningful for your team.

Tell us about your people, your goals and what you hope to accomplish. We’ll start with a conversation and thoughtfully build the experience from there.
