After more than 25 years leading, hosting, coaching, and building teams, Ashley O’Connor founded The Long Table Co. around a simple belief: meaningful connections grow when people feel welcomed, valued, and part of something shared.
Throughout her career, making people feel seen, supported, and appreciated has been central to how she leads. Her lifelong love of hosting, baking, and gathering people around a table also inspired The Long Table Kitchen. Together, these experiences shape her approach to creating gatherings that are thoughtfully planned, warmly hosted, and designed to strengthen connection.
